PURPOSE: An actual load applying device for a car sheet inspection device is provided to evenly apply loads of a weight to a car sheet by controlling an inclination angle which a contact surface of the weight includes according to inclination angles of various car sheets. CONSTITUTION: An actual load applying device for a car sheet inspection device comprises an elevating plate(12), a support plate(14), a weight(16), and a jig(20). The elevating plate is elevated by an air cylinder(24) and a LM guide(22) from a support frame(10). A plurality of support rods(32) including a holding hole(34) protrude downwards. The support plate is held by the holding hole through a connection unit(36) including each holding slot hole(38). The weight is connected to the support plate. The jig is located under the weight and fixes a car sheet(18). |
