<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a promoted oxidation process which can generate active oxygen species, such as hydroxyl radical, by highly efficiently decomposing ozone dissolved in water without selecting various conditions of water to be treated, such as pH or SS. <P>SOLUTION: The promoted oxidation process is characterized in that 30g powder of a zeolite compound containing an alkali metal is dissolved in 1L of pure water, and when the pH value of the zeolite compound is measured to become stable at 7 or more, the zeolite compound is used as decomposition catalyst dissolved in water. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
