PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate and quicken an assembling operation and a maintenance operation of a first locking mechanism by arranging a main component of the first locking mechanism on a tip outer face of an inner middle arm in a working vehicle with a working arm supported to a sub frame telescopically extendable from the outer middle inner arm having a first locking mechanism fastening inner middle arms till the working arm is extended by a first predetermined quantity from a full shrink condition, and a second locking mechanism fastening middle outer arms till the working arm is shrunk by a second predetermined quantity from a most extended condition. SOLUTION: A first locking mechanism L1 comprises a first locking part P1 provided on a tip outer face of any one of inner middle arms I, M, a first locking member T1 and first energization means S1 provided on the tip outer face of the other of the inner middle arms I, M, and a first unlocking member K1 mounted on a vehicle body frame F.
