PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly stable printer free from abnormalities in the hardware by raising the temperature of a head not directly but step-wise up to a target temperature. SOLUTION: The temperature raised in one step is made smaller, and the temperature is raised step-wise. The head temperature is monitored if it is at a set temperature or not.
