A method for differential diagnosis of the patterns of ECG alterations with unusual position of P wave in tachycardia provides for recording ECG in 30 minutes following test with Ivabradin. When the heart rhythm slows down and P wave is displaced towards the next QRS complex with PQ interval of 0.42", the first-degree atrioventricular nodal block with overleaping P wave is diagnosed. When in the patients with negative position of P wave, the test with Ivabradin results in the displacement of P wave the next QRS complex with PQ interval of 0.29", with P wave remaining in negative position in the third and aVF leads, the inferior right atrial rhythm of the first-degree atrioventricular nodal block is evident. |
