PURPOSE: A melt blown non-woven fabric with high bulkiness and a method for fabricating the same are provided to maintain the shape of the non-woven fabric, to enable easy mechanical processes, and to ensure high filtering performance. CONSTITUTION: A melt blown non-woven fabric with high bulkiness contains 20-30 wt% of a crimped yarn and a remaining amount of a melt blown yarn. The melt blown yarn has various diameters. The crimped yarn is fabricated by conjugate spinning of two kinds of resins with different inherent viscosities. The difference of inherent viscosities between the resins is within 0.05-0.2.
