PURPOSE: A powder hair cosmetic composition is provided to ensure excellent setting property and to easily express various hair styles without stickiness on hands. CONSTITUTION: A powder hair cosmetic composition contains 0.1-30.0 wt% of silica silyate, 0.1-20.0 wt% of vinyl pyrrolidone/vinylacetate copolymer as a setting agent, and 0.1-30.0 wt% of polyol based on 100.0 wt% of total composition.
