PURPOSE: A traffic sign is provided to improve aesthetic efficiency and to supply suitable information for road driving by installing covers on the outside of connection areas among a connecting member, a main sign board, and a horizontal arm. CONSTITUTION: A traffic sign(1) comprises a pillar(3), a horizontal arm(5), connecting members(6), a main sign board(7), a first cover(8), a second cover(8'), and a finishing member(9). The pillar is formed in a cylindrical shape and is perpendicularly installed on a side in a road. The horizontal arm is formed in a cylindrical shape and is installed in order to across the road on an upper part of the pillar. The connecting members are installed in a lower part of the horizontal arm at regular intervals. The main sign board is formed as a flat board, and the upper part of the main sign board is connected by the connecting member. The first cover and the second cover warp a connection area of the connecting member and the horizontal arm. The finishing member seals a side opened when connecting the first cover and the second cover. |
