COMPOSITE MATERIALS, COMPOSITE FILM MANUFACTURED BY USING THE SAME AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING COMPOSITE FILM

A composite material is provided to prevent glass fiber from being cracked and restrain generation of foam within the glass fiber through a short time-consuming cure reaction of organic-inorganic hybrid, thereby improving productivity for composite films. A composite material comprises glass cloth and organic-inorganic hybrid composition containing diphenylsilane diol and alkoxy silane. The thickness of the glass cloth is 10-200 micron. The organic-inorganic hybrid composition contains 10-100.0wt% of alkoxy silane on a basis of 100 parts of the diphenylsilane diol. A method for manufacturing the composite films consists of the following steps of: preparing the glass cloth; preparing the sol type organic-inorganic hybrid composition containing diphenylsilanediol and alkoxy silane; and dipping the glass cloth in the organic-inorganic hybrid composition to be cured.
