The heater (1) consists of a carrier material (3) which is provided with several electrical contacts (4). The carrier material is coated with carbon nanotube (CNT) dispersion (5), using electrical energy or thermal energy. The carrier material consists of glass fiber tissue and is arranged on the opposite longitudinal edges of the electrical contacts. An electrical conductor (2) is connected with the electrical contacts.
