<p>The present inventions relates to an admission control method and device during cell handover. The method includes: a source cell periodically detecting and recording the state of a service being performed by UE; when the UE applies for cell handover, sending the state of the service being performed by the UE to a target cell; the target cell preferentially admitting a service of the UE which is in an active state according to the available resources thereof and allocating resources to the service in an active state and then admitting a service in a passive state and allocating resources to the service in a passive state. The device includes a service state processing module, a handover requesting module and a service admission module. The present invention enables the service of the UE in an active state to be admitted preferentially.</p> |
