<p>Disclosed are a method and device for acquisition of diagnostic information of a network element line card, the method comprising: a network element line card receives a line card diagnosis command forwarded by a diagnosis terminal via a network element main control board; the line card matches the line card diagnosis command against a preset diagnosis command library in the line card, and if the match succeeds, then establishing a temporary file, setting the standard I/O for executing the line card diagnosis command as the temporary file, and executing the line card diagnosis command; the line card transmits the network element line card diagnostic information saved in the temporary file to the diagnosis terminal via the main control board, restores the setting of the standard I/O for executing the line card diagnosis command, and closes the temporary file. The technical solution of the present invention saves human resources and improves working efficiency during line card fault diagnosis.</p> |
