The invention relates to an autonomous self-serving dispensing construction (system) assisting users in storing up and handling packages. The installation of said dispensing construction in incessantly accessible outdoor spaces permits commercial enterprises to deliver the ordered products to their clients at predetermined points according to their established everyday itinerary. The design of the station favours the anti-burglar blinding thereof while the access to ordered merchandise is obtained via a single door behind of which storage positions are aligned upon vertical rotation of same; said storage positions are cylindrical in shape so that packages are protected from damage and their orientation conserved due to the differential rotation of the package containers. Cell content and suited storage conditions are ensured by the heat-insulating material of the cells’ bearer, by the tight detachable containers wherein the ordered products are positioned, and by the temperature and moist regulation system as well.
