PURPOSE: A monitoring method of plumb degree of concrete structure using laser filming for improving accuracy of construction in order to economically construct and a management method of the plumb degree of the concrete structure using the same are provided to check the plumb degree in remote location in consideration of situation which slip form is installed in location which is difficult to approach for a worker. CONSTITUTION: A management method of plumb degree of concrete structure comprises a laser illumination device(10), a target plate(20), and a filming device(30). The target plate is adhered in a slip form(200) forming the concrete structure(100). The target plate is installed in position protruded from the external surface of the concrete structure so that the lower surface faces to the plumb lower part. The laser illumination device is installed in the plumb lower part of the lower part of the target plate. The filming device films the target plate, transmits filmed image, and is installed to connect to the target plate.
