<p>PURPOSE: A probe for detecting polymorphism is provided to detect polymorphic IL28b gene(rs8099917) and polymorphic ITPA gene(rs1127354). CONSTITUTION: A probe for detecting polymorphism contains: an oligonucleotide with 7-28 bases having 301-307th bases or a complementary sequence thereof in a base sequence of sequence number 1, wherein 307th base is cytosine, which is labeled with a fluorescent dye; and an oligonucleotide with a sequence which is hybridized with a complementary chain of 7-28 bases having 301-307th bases in the base of sequence number 1 under a stringent condition and is labeled with a fluorescent dye.
