<p>PURPOSE: High-strength high-tensile steel and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve strength without the degradation of toughness by not performing a post-process after hot-rolling by regulating and adding the content of alloy components to existing steel. CONSTITUTION: High-strength high-tensile steel comprises 0.16-0.35 wt% of C, 1.00 wt% or less of Si, 0.75 wt% or less of Mn, 8.5 - 9.5 wt% of Ni, 1.5 - 3.25 wt% of Cr, 0.55 wt% or less of Cr, 0.70 - 3.25 wt% of T, 0.05-0.3 wt% of V, 0.0007 - 0.0020 wt% of B, 0.04 wt% or less of Ti, 0.01 - 0.02 wt% of Nb, 0.50 wt% of Cu, and the rest of inevitable impurities and Fe.</p> |
