<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure sufficient connection reliability with tab lines and maintain output. <P>SOLUTION: In a solar cell 2, multiple wire electrodes 12, serving as surface electrodes, are arranged parallel to each other on one surface of the solar cell and a rear surface electrode is provided on the other surface thereof. Multiple solar cells 2 are disposed, and tab lines 3 are disposed on the multiple surface electrodes 12 of one solar cell 2 so as to intersect the multiple surface electrode 12 through an adhesive 17 and are also disposed on the rear surface electrode of another solar cell 2 adjacent to the one solar cell 2. Then, thermal pressurization is performed on the tab lines 3 from above through a buffer material 31 and thereby hardening the adhesive 17 and pressing the tab lines 3 against the surface electrodes 12 to deform the tab lines 3 into a wave shape in the longitudinal direction. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
