<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a roller bearing and a wind power generator speed increasing gear, which effectively prevent smearing. <P>SOLUTION: A roller bearing 8 includes an inner race 11 having an inner ring raceway surface 11a, an outer race 12 having an outer ring raceway surface 12a, a plurality of cylindrical rollers 13 rollably arranged between the inner ring raceway surface 11a and the outer ring raceway surface 12a, and a ball-cage 14 for housing each of the cylindrical rollers 13 individually in a plurality of pockets 17 formed along a circumferential direction. In both end surfaces of each of the cylindrical rollers 13, a first convex spherical surface 13b and a second convex spherical surface 13c are formed, in the four corners of the inner wall surface of each of the pockets 17, first-fourth contact surfaces 18a-18d in point-contact with the first convex spherical surface and the second convex spherical surface 13b, 13c, respectively, are formed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
