PURPOSE: A cushion member and a manufacturing method thereof for maximizing heat radiation efficiency using graphite paper are provided to prevent electrical errors and efficiency decline of a device due to heat radiation by rapidly radiating the heat inside a high density device. CONSTITUTION: A cushion basic material is provided. Graphite paper is attached to the cushion basic material. A fixed type sheet is attached to the entire outer surface of the graphite paper. A heat absorption layer is formed at one side of the fixed type sheet. A heat conduction bonding layer is formed at the lower part of the heat absorption layer. Release paper is attached on the surface of the heat conduction bonding layer.
