PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To notify a maintenance staff of a unit having failure in a KIOSK terminal device.

SOLUTION: In an information terminal device comprised of a plurality of units, includes: failure detection means 23 for detecting failure in a unit 11; a flicker lamp 111 provided in the vicinity of the unit 11 for displaying a failure state of the unit 11; and control means for controlling the flicker lamp 111 to display the failure state when the failure detection means 23 detects failure of the unit 11. The control means displays the failure state on a touch panel LCD 14 or prints the failure state by a printer.
