发明名称 POWER CONTROL CIRCUIT PARTICULARLY FOR MOTOR SYSTEMS
摘要 1,214,681. Automatic speed control. GENERAL ELECTRIC CO. Feb. 19, 1968 [April 26, 1967], No. 8076/68. Heading G3R. [Also in Divisions H2 and H3] A split-field series motor M is controlled by a differential amplifier 10 in accordance with signals derived from a potentiometer R which are compared with the output of a tachometer generator T, the amplifier being associated with circuit 11 comprising variable frequency unijunction transistor oscillators Q5, Q6. The circuit 11 controls rectifiers SCR1, SCR2, for counter-clockwise or clockwise powered operation respectively. When a CCW signal renders transistors Q1, Q2, conductive, for example capacitor C2 is charged until the peakpoint voltage of transistor Q5 is reached. The capacitor then discharges through transformer T1 for turning-on the rectifier SCR1. Commutation control of the rectifiers SCR1, SCR2 is effected by capacitor C1 which is initially charged, through a secondary winding of saturable reactor SR3 and inductor L1, to a voltage greater than the supply voltage. A charge reversal circuit for the capacitor C1 comprises rectifier SCR3 and inductor L2, the rectifier being fired through transformer T3 associated with oscillator Q7 which supplies a series of pulses to the commutating circuit except when locked-out by the transistor Q8. When the rectifier SCR3 is turned-on, the energy stored in capacity C1 is transferred to inductor L2 and then back to the capacitor. At the end of this cycle, rectifier SCR3 is blocked and the capacitor now discharges through inductor L1 which again reverses the charge on the capacitor, so that, at the end of this second cycle, the charge on the capacitor is sufficient to ensure commutation. When power is initially applied to the system, transistor Q9 conducts until capacitor C5 is fully charged. Transistor Q8 then conducts to shut off the oscillator Q7 since the capacitor C4 is now short-circuited. During the initial charging and charge reversal cycles of the capacitor C1 transistor Q10 conducts to lock-out the transistors Q5, Q6. When rectifier SCR1 or SCR2 passes current, reactor SR3 fires rectifier SCS1 to lock-out the transistors Q5, Q6, and release the oscillator Q7. Capacitor C1 is discharged through inductor L1 in parallel with inductor L3 and the motor windings until reactor SR3 responds to block the rectifier SCS1. When current flows through the field winding M1, for example, and the capacitor C1 approaches its reverse polarity state, reactor SR1 responds to trigger rectifier SCR4 so that the capacitor C1 discharges to block the appropriate rectifier SCR1. Thereafter, the current in inductor L1 resets the reactor SR3 to shut off the rectifier SCS1 and allow pulsing of the power rectifier SCR1.
