PURPOSE: An advertisement display control method of an electronic display is provided to maximize advertising efficiency in a unique light emitting shape by controlling a shape of advertisement on a plane displayed in a side of a rotating cylindrical drum. CONSTITUTION: A first process is for setting display data(S10). A second process is for differentially dividing an LED formed on a front plate and sets to multiple sections(S20). A third process is for setting the current value applied to the LED of a divided section(S30). A fourth process is for supplying a current at the set current value to the LED of a corresponding section(S40). A fifth process is for outputting the display data to each section of the LED(S50). The fifth process is for controlling the size of the display data according to each section.
