PURPOSE: A pattern film and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to use the pattern film as parts for a big screen display. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a pattern film is as follows. Liquid or gel patterns(20) are formed on one side of a release film(10). A first UV(Ultraviolet) curing device(340) is separated from the rear side of the release film at a constant interval, and a pattern is cured with the first UV curing device. Liquid or gel adhesive is spread on the upper surface of the release film and cured pattern. An adhesive layer(30) is formed in the outer space of a boundary formed by the cured pattern and the release film. A second UV curing device(540) is separated from the rear side of the release film at the constant interval, and the adhesive layer is cured with the second UV curing device. |
