A method for selection of treatment strategy of general peritonitis, which comprises assessing the immunoreactivity type to justify individual immune, selection of individual ozone dose for sanitation of abdominal and intravenous injection, and pre-evaluation of humoral and cellular immunity units (determining the concentration of antibodies, circulating immune complexes (CIC), average molecular weight peptides (PSMM) lymphotoxicity, clusters of differentiation of CD3, CD4, CD8, CD19, CD25, CD11a), interleukine status (determination of IL-1, IL-2, IL-4, IL-6, IL -10) and determination of the type of immune disorders. If patients exhibit sensitization in humoral immunity unit and cytokine activation unit, the systemic inflammatory response is ascertained by syndrome and ozone therapy is prescribed in an individual dose, which is determined by lymphotoxicity test in vitro, using ozone 2.5-5 mg/l if patients exhibit pronounced immunodeficiency (immune dysfunction), then using the biosensor test system Dunaliella viridis a set of cytotoxic serum factors is determined and immunotropic treatment with splenopide is prescribef. If general peritonitis in patients on a background of humoral immunodeficiency sensitization is observed in the cell immunity unit, then after ozone therapy splenopide is prescribed. |
