If patients exhibit sensitization in humoral immunity unit and cytokine activation unit, the systemic inflammatory response is ascertained by syndrome and ozone therapy is prescribed in an individual dose, which is determined by lymphotoxicity test in vitro, using ozone 2.5-5 mg/l if patients exhibit pronounced immunodeficiency (immune dysfunction), then using the biosensor test system Dunaliella viridis a set of cytotoxic serum factors is determined and immunotropic treatment with splenopide is prescribef. If general peritonitis in patients on a background of humoral immunodeficiency sensitization is observed in the cell immunity unit, then after ozone therapy splenopide is prescribed. |
