The present invention relates to a patch for transdermal delivery of a composition and a manufacturing method thereof. According to the present invention, the patch includes a composition delivery layer which includes the compositions to be delivered through the skin; an arrangement of skin perforating units formed on the composition delivery layer surface that faces the skin; and an electrode matrix which applies an operating current to the arrangement of skin perforating units.
