PURPOSE: A porosity grid frying pan is provided to maximize the quality of food when cooking by conveniently using the frying pan with a wire mesh. CONSTITUTION: A porosity grid frying pan comprises a main body part(30) and an upper part grid wire mesh(10). The main body part comprises a bottom plate(33), a water tank, and a wall. The upper part grid wire mesh comprises a middle plate and a wire mesh. The upper part grid wire mesh disperses flame through pores and provides even fire-power to food when cooking. The bottom plate has holes to deliver the gas flame to the middle plate. The upper side of the bottom plate is inclined to the outer circumference. The bottom plate guides fat and residues after cooking to the water tank. The circumference of the water tank is filled with water in advance with the constant height, and cools and stores the fat and residues after cooking which flow into the water tank. |
