The present invention relates to an apparatus for subsequently delaminating and laminating a ceramic sheet. The apparatus for subsequently delaminating a ceramic sheet (s) from a film (f) having the ceramic sheet (s) attached thereto, laminating the ceramic sheet (s), and transferring the ceramic sheet (s) includes a vacuum-suction delamination table (120) that reciprocates on a delamination frame (110) by a delamination table drive unit (130) to delaminate the ceramic sheet (s) from the film (f) having the ceramic sheet (s) attached thereto; a vacuum-suction plate transfer frame (160) that reciprocates by a vacuum-suction plate transfer drive unit (150) on a transfer frame (140) which is installed between a delamination/lamination position (A) and a transfer position (B) above the delmaination frame (110); and a vacuum suction lamination plate (180) that vertically reciprocates by a vertical lamination drive unit (170) on the vacuum-suction plate transfer frame (160), sucks the ceramic sheet (s) that is delaminated, and laminates the ceramic sheet (s) in predetermined numbers. According to the present invention, not only can the delmination process, the lamination process, and the transfer process of a ceramic sheet be performed by one device, but also the delamination and lamination processes are simultaneously performed, so that the working speed can be remarkably improved. |
