TRANSPARENT CONDUCTING FILMS WITH ENHANCED ELECTRICAL PROPERTIES BY SOLVENT TREATMENT AND THEIR MANUFACTURING METHOD

PURPOSE: A transparent conductive film formed through solvent treatment and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve the conductivity of the transparent conductive film and substrate adhesion by impregnating a conductive nanomaterial at a plastic substrate. CONSTITUTION: A transparent conductive film forming stage forms a transparent conductive film on a plastic substrate(200) using a conductive nanomaterial(100). A solvent application stage applies a solvent which melts or swells the substrate on the upper surface of the transparent conductive film. A solvent removing stage removes remaining solvent from the transparent conductive film in which the solvent is applied. The conductivity nanomaterial is impregnated on the substrate.
