<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve heat radiation performance with a small number of components without enlarging an electronic apparatus. <P>SOLUTION: An electronic apparatus comprises: an exterior cover; a member for an inner member which is fixed to the inner side of the exterior cover; a circuit board on which an electric element that generates heat is mounted; and a heat radiation member contacting with a surface of the electric element.
