The turbine has horizontal aerodynamic wings in shape of semi-oval with variable geometry, where the wings are coupled with each other in concave and convex direction. The wings are fixed with an oval shaped handle on a support so as to create solid and resistant torque of aerodynamic wing. The wings exert air pressure on an axis of the turbine to create leverage effect for multiplying power to produce maximum of mechanical energy, which is transformed into electrical energy when the turbine is coupled with an aerogenerator. An independent claim is also included for a self or semi self electric vehicle.
