<p>The system has a software application that is installed on a computer hard drive, and a temperature sensor (4) utilized for measuring temperature of a cooking chamber (5). An acquisition terminal acquires temperature of the cooking chamber. A power terminal (2) applies or interrupts single phase current of 220 V at a cooking surface (3). A Universal Serial Bus (USB)(9) is connected to the power terminal. The temperature sensor is leveled with a thermostat.</p>
