PURPOSE: A cosmetic composition containing a titanium dioxide capsule containing UV absorbing agent is provided to improve thermal and light stability and to improve color expression. CONSTITUTION: A titanium dioxide capsule(100) containing UV absorbing agent contains: a titanium dioxide structure(101) with titanium dioxide microparticles; an inner wall(102) for supporting the structure; an UV absorbing agent(103) captured inside the inner wall; and a surface-treated membrane(104) for blocking release of the structure to the outside. The inner wall is formed of silica, mica, talc, sericite, polyethylene, polypropylene, silicon resin, or PMMA. The UV absorbing agent is ethyl hexyl methoxycinnamate, octyl methoxycinnamate, butylmethoxy dibenzoylmethane, octyl salicylate, PABA(para aminobenzoic acid), benzophenone, or anthranilates. A cosmetic composition contains the titanium dioxide capsule. |
