<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluorescence sensor which has a long life. <P>SOLUTION: A fluorescence sensor 10 includes: a silicon substrate 11 where a photodiode (PD) element 12 converting fluorescence into an electric signal is formed; an LED substrate 15 whose first principal plane 15A has an LED element 15C generating exciting light; a reflection coating 20 for averaging a light quantity distribution of the exciting light emitted from a second principle plane 15B of the LED substrate 15; and an indicator layer 17 for receiving the exciting light averaged by the reflection coating 20 so as to generate the fluorescence having light intensity according to the amount of an analyte. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
