<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To identify a spot in which a failure has occurred with higher precision. <P>SOLUTION: There is provided a wireless communication system comprising: a plurality of terminal devices; a monitoring device which holds attribute information of each of the terminal devices; and a network which connects the plurality of terminal devices and the monitoring device.
