<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a contact point element for press-fitting connection in which an aluminum wiring cable is fitted to a terminal with sure, being of low resistance and having resistance against mechanical tensile force. <P>SOLUTION: A conductive contact point element contains a partition of a contact point element that defines an opening. The partition receives a wiring cable in the opening to allow fitting to the partition. The partition contains an inner surface that contains at least one cut-out array formed on the inner surface. A method is provided which constructs a conductive contact point and a wiring assembly containing the conductive contact point. The method includes the steps of providing a contact point element, and forming at least one cut-out array on the inner surface of the contact point element. Other steps of the method includes such step as changes material on the inner surface of the contact point element depending on molding means. The molding means may be any one of milling, rifling, machining, cutting out, indenting, and stamping.
