PURPOSE: An airbag molding apparatus is provided to reduce a manufacturing cost by not requiring a modification work of separate welding or processing about a cover extrusion molding for controlling the thickness of a tear line. CONSTITUTION: An airbag molding apparatus comprises a frame module, a fixed core module, a variable core module, and an extrusion module. A fixed core module includes a fixed core installed in a frame module. A variable core module is installed in a frame module, is united with a fixed core module, and forms a extrusion space for the shape of an airbag cover(50). An extrusion module injects extrusion liquid into an extrusion space. A variable core module is combined with a fixed core and includes a variable core(32) forming an extrusion space for the airbag cover(50), a tear line core(34) for forming the tear line(55) of an airbag cover, and a height controlling unit(60) ascending and descending a tear line core by being mutually interfered with a tear line core. A height controlling unit includes a horizontal movement block(62) moving the tear line core up and down by a mutual interference, a fixed block(64) fixed in a variable core, a horizontal movement screw(66) moving a horizontal movement block horizontally by being supported by a fixed block, and an elastic member(68) fixed in a variable core and elastically supporting a horizontal movement block.
