A method for non-invasive diagnostics of hepatic fibrosis at early stages of formation in children and adolescents with obesity is carried out through immunoassay blood serum test. Quantitative determination of the level of N-terminal pro-peptides of collagen of I type and C-terminal telopeptides of collagen of I type is carried out. When the values of N-terminal pro-peptides of collagen of I type exceed maximum permissible levels along with normal or somewhat decreased characteristics of C-terminal telopeptides of collagen of I type one diagnoses prevailing of processes of fibrogenesis over the processes of fibrinolysis, this verifies presence of hepatic fibrosis.
