PURPOSE: An insert device for coupling a metal material to a molded article is provided to prevent overheating of a narrow supporting tool by minimizing the heat transferred from the metal material to the narrow supporting tool during heating due to the multiple narrow supporting surfaces of an elastic piece narrowly supporting the inner periphery of the metal material. CONSTITUTION: An insert device for coupling a metal material(117) to a molded article comprises a coupling hole(120), a narrow supporting tool(101), a cooling hole(106), and an elastic piece(103). The coupling hole is formed on the center of a ceramic tip(114). The narrow supporting tool is inserted into the coupling hole to fix the ceramic tip on a lifting body(111). A threaded portion(105) of the narrow supporting tool is coupled to the lower part of a cooling passage(113) of the lifting body. The cooling hole is formed on the narrow supporting tool, and the cold air of the cooling passage flows into the narrow supporting tool through the cooling hole. An elastic piece is formed on the bottom of the narrow supporting tool and is divided into two parts by a center cut space(102). The inner periphery of the metal material is narrowly supported by the outer periphery of the elastic piece.
