<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nanodevice and a microdevice manufactured by utilizing powder sintered by current in which, when a large sample is processed, a large amount of a current is required, and only the device having a simple shape can be manufactured. <P>SOLUTION: There is provided a 1D (One-Dimensional), 2D (Two-Dimensional) or 3D (Three-Dimensional) layered micro or nano component device such as a nanowire, a nanotube or a quantum dot, manufactured by using processes including a step of providing an electrode having a microscale or nanoscale tip and applying a current to the tip of the electrode in the presence of microscale or nanoscale powder. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
