<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control device for detecting a transfer error on a data bus and an address bus only when a central processing part accesses a safety relation part in a control device in which the safety relation part and a non-safety relation part are mixed. <P>SOLUTION: A control device includes: a data bus diagnosis register 12 for, when a CPU 1a accesses a safety relation register, storing the value of the safety relation register in an integrated circuit 6a of the control device; an address bus diagnosis register 13 for storing the value of an address bus; and a bus diagnosis address determination part 14 for, only when the CPU1a accesses the safety relation register, supplying the value of the safety relation register to the data bus diagnosis register 12, and for supplying a bus diagnosis signal (CHKBUS) 15 for making the address bus diagnosis register 13 store the value of the address bus to the data bus diagnosis register 12 and the address bus diagnosis register 13. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
