PURPOSE: A silicone adhesive sheet for optical bonding, and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to have excellent optical properties and viscosity, thereby capable of being widely used for manufacturing display panels of various kinds. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a silicon adhesive sheet for optical bonding comprises: a step of forming a silicon adhesive sheet by spreading silicon coating liquid; a step of a first cooling treatment for stabilizing molecule stabilization of a silicon adhesive sheet; a step of a first heating treatment for curing the silicon adhesive sheet by removing gas comprised in the silicon adhesive sheet, and volatilizing solvent; a step of a second cooling treatment for stabilizing the surface of the silicon adhesive sheet; a step of a second heating treatment for volatilizing siloxane and impurities remained in the silicon adhesive sheet; and a step of third cooling treatment for stabilizing the surface of the silicon adhesive sheet. |
