PURPOSE: A non-power fan for a cooling-and-heating system is provided to reduce energy consumption by increasing an air volume in a desired direction without separate electricity consumption when operating the cooling-and-heating system. CONSTITUTION: A non-power fan for a cooling-and-heating system is installed in an outlet(15) of a cooling-and-heating device(10) and comprises a body(20) and a blowing fan(40). The body is installed in the cooling-and-heating device to be detachable and includes a rotary blade(25) in inside. The blowing fan is installed by interposing a rotary stand in both ends of the body and rotated by being engaged with the blade.
