<p>PURPOSE: A semiconductor circuit is provided to reduce the chip size of a semiconductor circuit by easily removing noise without malfunctioning of the semiconductor circuit. CONSTITUTION: A semiconductor circuit(100) includes a delay part(120), a voltage control part(140), and a combination part(160). The delay part delays signals inputted into the input terminal of the semiconductor circuit for a fixed time. The voltage control part performs voltage charging and discharging functions according to the level of the input signals. The voltage control part is composed of a condenser located between the connecting points of first and second inverters and the ground. The combination part controls the charging and discharging operations of the voltage control part according to the signals generated by using the level of signals inputted into the input terminal and the level of signals outputted from the output terminal.</p> |
