<p>PURPOSE: A pin roller type pinion device is provided to improve the precision of a pinion about a rack by preventing bulging and deforming of first and second disks. CONSTITUTION: A first disk(9) includes multiple first circle balls(9a). Multiple first circle balls are formed on a pitch circle at equal angle intervals. A second disk(10) comprises multiple second circle balls(10a). Multiple second circle balls correspond to multiple first circle balls. The second disk faces the first disk. A pinion(6) is composed of multiple pin rollers(8). The pinion is engaged with a rack. One end of the pinion is rotatably supported through a first bearing. The other end of the pinion is rotatably supported through a second bearing. A first bearing(13) is composed of multiple first pin needles. The second bearing(14) is composed of multiple second pin needles.</p> |
