According to a method in which a base station device of a first network capable of providing only a packet service provides a circuit switch (CS) fallback service to a mobile terminal, when a CS fallback target call is received from the mobile terminal connected to the first network, one frequency is selected from among a plurality of frequencies provided by a second network which provides a CS service to the mobile terminal according to the CS fallback target call, and cell information for supporting the selected one frequency is provided to the mobile terminal. Then, handover for the CS fallback service for the mobile terminal to the cell of said selected frequency is performed.
