DISPLAY DEVICE AND MANUFACTURING METHOD OF THE SAME

A display device and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to simplify a manufacturing process by connecting an auxiliary electrode line to a common electrode. A first signal line is formed on an insulation substrate(110). A second signal line is cross with the first signal line. An auxiliary electrode line(125) is formed on the same layer with the first and second signal lines. A common voltage is applied to the auxiliary electrode line(125). A plurality of thin film transistors are formed on the insulation substrate(110), and are electrically connected to the first and second signal lines directly and indirectly. A planarizing layer(160) has a first contact unit which exposes the auxiliary electrode line(125). A pixel electrode(171) is connected to one of the plurality of thin film transistors and has a reflective layer. A conductive bridge unit is connected to the auxiliary electrode line(125) through the first contact unit. A partition wall(210) wraps the pixel electrode(171) and has a second contact unit which exposes the bridge unit. A light-emitting element layer(220) has a light-emitting layer which is formed on a first region of the pixel electrode(171) and a common layer which is formed on the first and second regions and exposes the contact unit. The common electrode(230) is formed on the light-emitting element layer(220) and is connected to the bridge unit through the second contact unit.
