<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a temperature characteristics measuring device capable of realizing stable temperature characteristics measurement. <P>SOLUTION: A temperature characteristics measuring device 1 includes: electronic component mounting plates 10 having concave parts 12 in which electronic components 2 are housed; temperature control units 30 which directly or indirectly supply heat to the electronic components 2 in the electronic component mounting plates 10; cover units 40 for covering at least a part of top faces of the electronic components 2 housed in the electronic component mounting plates 10; and probe units 50 for securing electronic connection to contacts of the electronic components 2. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
