<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a quantitative supplier of viscous food material supplying viscous food material in high quality, precisely and efficiently, free from happening of a weight fluctuation, imparting damage on a viscous food material dough or products. <P>SOLUTION: The quantitative supplier 1 of viscous food material W includes a hopper body 7 formed roughly in a square frustum shape constituted in two divisions in a vertical direction by an upper hopper 4 having a partitioned viscous food material loading chamber formed roughly in a square frustum box shape, and a lower hopper 6 formed in a tapered square frustum shape which has a plurality of ejection holes in a predetermined space in downward longitudinal direction and airtightly linked to the bottom of the upper hopper 4 via a linking member. A plurality of viscous food material ejection chambers partitioned between the ejection holes via triangle pyramidal partition wall in the lower hopper 6, a quantitative supply mechanism 12 for viscous food material W is installed at the at the lower part of the lower hopper 6 including a plurality of gear pump sets responding to each ejection hole installed in a casing 11 in the viscous food material ejection chamber. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
