In order to prevent information saved in a mobile communication device from being leaked via a network, a mobile communication terminal which together with an authentication server forms part of a network system is equipped with: a function unit which detects changes in information regarding the physical location of the actual terminal and/or information regarding the location on a network; a function unit which transmits the information regarding the location of the actual terminal and/or the information regarding the location on the network to the authentication server if a change is detected; and a function unit which receives, from the authentication server, a communication control policy corresponding to the information regarding the location of the actual terminal and/or the information regarding the location on the network, and applies the communication control policy to the actual terminal.
