PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a polylactic acid film is provided to stably and effectively manufacture a film with stereocomplex crystals without homo polylactic acid. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a polylactic acid film comprises: a step of manufacturing poly-L-lactic acid and poly-D-lactic acid in a solvent; and a step of evaporating the solvent to cast a polylactic acid mixture solution. The solvent satisfies formula 1:y=0.0042x^2-0.2769x+10+/-5. In the formula 1, x is the boiling point of the solvent, and y is the time to evaporate the solvent. The comprised amount of the poly-L-lactic acid and poly-D-lactic acid are 5-10 parts by weight.
